my snowblower carburater is leacking right up through the jet.?
my carburater on my 10 horsepower brigs and straton crasftman snowblower is leacking. gas is just poring out the air intake. i bought a carb gasket kit for it, instaled it and it didint do anithing. please help me. i instaled everithing corectly needle seats properly.
ive already done all that. i had the carburater profesionaly rebuilt. but it still leacks.
and it runs perfect untill it stops it just sills gasoline.
somehow the needle still has to be stickng, pull the bowl and make sure the float and check for this.
When the float comes to a horiziontial position, the needle should be closed and no fuel should flow out.
This can be tested by blowing in the inlet with your mouth when you bring the float to a horizontal position....if this doesn't work, get the carb professionally rebuilt
